The staff were friendly and efficient, maintaining clean grounds. I was impressed with the variety and freshness of the salad and fruit options at each meal. A varied menu was available in the main restaurant. I enjoyed a twin room with a comfortable bed, great shower, and beautiful view. The botanical garden was picturesque.

The staff were polite. I loved the various food options in the main restaurant, and it was always tasty. There was much variety! The Asian restaurant offered a special and great dining atmosphere. I really enjoyed it

We got upgraded to a beautiful room. Early check-in was facilitated. The room was neat. Food was tasty. The aqua park was amazing. Lifeguards were always around. There is one pool for adults that is quiet. There is also a second one for families.

Someone stole our AirPods while we were swimming. No success was achieved in the investigation. There was no effort to improve security. I felt unsafe. Front office staff were poor with their assistance. They displayed unfriendly behavior.
